“ I applaud any employee that tells people not to let their dog use the cups that humans used. Washed or not, that’s disgusting. It’s not your house nor your decision to subject everyone else to what YOU find sanitary. ”

You can also get pour over coffee and a full range of beer, cocktails, and liquor. The MLK location light and spacious with plenty of places to sit at tables and bar stools. The decor is minimalist modern with more than a nod to mid-century sensibilities. Great place to study, work, or just hangout with friends. ”

I accidentally broke a cup while bussing my table, the barista was super nice about it - not only did she decline my offer to pay for it, she was also empathetic saying this happened often, and her first instinct was to say “don’t cut yourself”. “ Came here to get some work done while I was visiting Austin. Beautiful, light filled space with lots of seating options. Very friendly staff and good atmosphere. I tried the Lime Iron (cold brew limeade) out of curiosity, and it was incredible! ”

“ Houndstooth makes some great coffee, and there’s plenty of seating, but the baristas here are what really sets this place apart from other coffee shops. They are all so nice and create such a good atmosphere in the coffee shop. The matcha drinks here are great as well, highly recommend those. Only downside, which other reviews have mentioned, is that there are no outlets. ”
